✅ When You Can Request a Return or Exchange:

1. We will gladly accept any return which was received by the customer in damaged or faulty condition. This product needs to be received  in unwashed, unused with original tags & undamaged packaging for Refund/Exchange.
2. Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery for an exchange with a short video and pictures at toysisland.pk@gmail.com / Whatsapp.
3. Refund & Exchange on not liking the product will NOT be entertained. However, you can share the issues at toysisland.pk@gmail.com for your case to be reviewed.
4. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.
5. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
